Review business plan for early tracking against timetables and deadlines.
Review first six months' sales and profit against budget – take action to correct imbalances.
Review business plan for mid-year tracking against timetables and deadlines.
Review business plan for viability for next six months; amend only as necessary.
Do employee 6-mo. performance reviews against individual plans through personal meetings.
Review nine months' sales and profit against budget –take action to correct imbalances.
Review business plan for 9-month tracking against timetable and deadlines.
Start rough business plan for next calendar year reflecting strategic vision, planned product/service changes, etc. using input from all operating areas.
Finalize business plan for next year, including reorganizations, new products, sales and profit budget by month.
Finalize marketing plan for coming year based upon business plan.
Publish internal-use version of business plan for coming year .
